Easy and Delicious Banana Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter divided
  • 2 tbsp granola divided
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise into two halves.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter evenly over each banana half.
  4. Top one half with blueberries and 1 tablespoon of granola.
  5. Top the other half with sliced strawberries and 1 tablespoon of granola.
  6. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey evenly over both banana halves.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
