Community Membership Policy

Welcome to The AI Confidence for Clinicians Community! By purchasing or accessing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy ensures a safe, respectful, and legally sound experience for all members.

1. Membership Access

Access to the membership content is granted upon successful payment and account creation.
All materials (downloads, tutorials, templates, and courses) are intended for individual use only by the registered member.
Sharing your login, downloads, or content with others outside your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

2. Content Delivery

New content is released every two to four (2-4) weeks unless otherwise stated. This includes prompts, templates, video tutorials, or mini-courses.
You will receive notifications via email and/or your member dashboard when new content is available.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Integrative Health AI Hub and WellMind Technology
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own clinical or coaching practice.
You may not resell, redistribute, rebrand, or republish any content from the membership.

4. Payments & Cancellations

This membership is billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before your renewal date.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your Skool or payhip account dashboard- depending on the membership platform. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds will be given once access is granted.

5. Community Conduct

If the membership includes community access (forum, group, chat), all members are expected to engage respectfully.
Harassment, hate speech, promotional spam, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community and membership without refund.

6. HIPAA & Compliance Disclaimer

Integrative Health AI Hub provides HIPAA-conscious guidance and resources, but is not responsible for compliance outcomes.
It is the responsibility of each member to ensure tools and workflows are used in accordance with their local, state, and federal regulations and applicable professional standards.

7. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue content or features of the membership at any time.
Any changes to this policy will be communicated via email and updated on this page.
