The AI Clinical Lab is an ongoing learning community hosted on Skool. It is designed to help clinicians learn AI in plain language, practice using it, and apply it to meaningful projects.
Inside the community, you will not be left to scroll through random posts, collect hundreds of prompts, or figure everything out on your own. You will have access to self-paced lessons, live support, practical demonstrations, clinician-focused resources, and guided opportunities to build something useful.
The goal is not to learn AI just for the sake of learning AI. The goal is to become confident enough to use it.
It’s time to build something that pays you on your terms using the clinical expertise you already have, powered by AI, on the days off you already have.
I have spent more than two decades in healthcare as a nurse, nurse practitioner, educator, and clinician. I cared deeply about the work, stayed when others left, and gave more of myself than I probably should have. I believed that if I worked hard, remained committed, and continued showing up for the people who needed me, that dedication would create a certain level of security.
That experience forced me to confront something many clinicians eventually realize: you can give everything to a healthcare system and still have very little control over what happens to your career, your income, or your future. Fortunately, before my clinical role ended, I had already started learning artificial intelligence and became an AI developer. At first, AI felt like an entirely different world from healthcare. But the more I learned, the more I realized that my clinical experience was not separate from technology; it was one of my greatest advantages.
I began using AI to organize my ideas, create educational materials, develop resources, build content, explore new technologies, and turn years of clinical knowledge into something useful beyond a traditional healthcare role. AI did not replace my experience. It helped me see more possibilities within it. It also helped me understand that my clinical knowledge did not belong only to an employer, a job title, or the healthcare system. It was something I could continue using to teach, create, build, and open new doors for myself.
As I learned more, I saw a significant gap. Many people teaching AI do not understand healthcare, and many healthcare professionals are constantly hearing that AI is changing everything without being shown how to use it in a practical, responsible, and beginner-friendly way.
This community is for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, practice owners, educators, and other clinicians who want to become confident using AI without feeling like they have to become technology experts overnight.
My goal is to help clinicians understand the tools, apply them to meaningful projects, create valuable resources, build smarter systems, and develop more options from the knowledge they already have.
You did not spend years in school, training, and clinical practice just to feel as though your entire future depends on your next shift, your next contract, or someone else’s decision. You deserve to understand how to use emerging technology for yourself. You deserve the opportunity to build something that belongs to you. And you deserve to create a future in which one employer, one position, or one paycheck does not hold all the power.
AI is not the answer to everything. But learning how to use it can help you stop starting from zero, recognize the value of what you already know, and begin building options you may not have believed were possible.

But most clinicians are still asking the same questions:
And perhaps the biggest question:
Do I have to become a “tech person” to keep up?
You do not have to become an AI expert overnight.
You simply need the confidence to use the right tools for the work you want to do.
You know you want something different. You want something more; you love patient care, but the system pushes you near your breaking point every shift.
Now you are finally ready to build your exit, or at least work on your own terms. You've watched the videos, saved the posts, and downloaded a freebie or two. You believe it's possible to build digital income from your clinical expertise using AI, and you've seen other people do it. But then your shift ends. You're exhausted. You sit down to "work on your side hustle," and you don't know what to do next. So you scroll for a while, feel behind, close the laptop, and tell yourself you'll try again on your next day off. That cycle isn't a discipline problem. It's a support problem. You need a place to go with clear next steps, real tools, and people in the same season who actually understand the schedule you're working around.

Learn how to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, NotebookLM, Perplexity, and other practical platforms without trying to learn everything at once.
You will receive beginner-friendly explanations, demonstrations, and examples created with clinicians in mind.
Learn how to communicate clearly with AI so you can receive more useful, relevant, and accurate responses.
Instead of relying on random prompts from social media, you will learn how to think through what you need, provide the right context, and improve your results.
Use AI to help you organize your knowledge and create materials such as:
You will learn how to move from an idea in your head to something clear, organized, and useful.
AI can help you do more than write a single post or create one worksheet.
Inside the community, you will also learn how to use AI to support the systems behind a business, practice, personal brand, educational platform, or digital offer.
Depending on your goals, you may learn how to:
You will not be expected to build a complicated business overnight.
The goal is to help you understand how AI can simplify the work behind your ideas so you can create more efficiently, communicate more clearly, and build systems that do not require you to start from zero every time.
Your clinical knowledge is not only valuable in your job.
You may already have experience, frameworks, teaching skills, processes, and ideas that could become resources for students, patients, clinicians, organizations, or online audiences. AI can help you recognize, organize, and build from those assets instead of starting from zero.
This community is not about pressuring you to quit healthcare or create another exhausting side hustle.
It is about helping you expand what is possible.
You may use AI to become more productive in your current role, create educational materials, strengthen your professional skills, explore new career directions, develop digital resources, or build an additional source of income. You decide what “more options” means for you.

Each Build Lab will help you complete one useful project.
You will be guided through the process of choosing an idea, organizing the content, using AI appropriately, and turning your knowledge into a finished resource.
You will not just learn what AI can do.
You will build with it.
Bring your questions, prompts, challenges, and unfinished ideas.
Office hours will give you a place to receive guidance, troubleshoot problems, and get feedback as you learn.

New AI tools appear constantly.
You do not need to test all of them.
Inside the community, I will review and demonstrate tools that may be useful for clinicians so you can make informed decisions about what is worth your time and money.
Paid community members may receive access to selected tools, workbooks, guides, and products, along with video walkthroughs that help them use each resource.
The library is planned to include resources such as:
The resource library will continue growing as the community grows.
You will be surrounded by nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, educators, therapists, practice owners, and other clinicians who are also learning how to use AI.
This is a place to ask questions, share progress, get feedback, celebrate wins, and build confidence without pretending to know everything already.
We prioritize ethical, trauma-informed, and HIPAA-conscious AI usage.
This isn’t about replacing your clinical judgment; it’s about reducing the burden behind the scenes so you can focus on what matters: your clients.
This is not for you if you're looking for a passive "watch some videos" experience. This is a community that embodies showing up, participating, and building alongside others who share the same goals.
Membership will be launching soon. If you are ready to create additional revenue streams from digital products and by using AI, join the waitlist to be notified of our launch and become a founding member.

✓ You’re exhausted after every shift, but you’re still the one who stays late.
✓ You’ve thought about quitting more times than you can count, but the paycheck keeps you there.
✓ You’ve tried per diem and travel nursing, but you’re still just trading time for money.
✓ You know you have expertise worth more than an hourly rate, you just don’t know how to package it.
✓ You’ve scrolled past “passive income” content and thought, that’s for other people, not clinicians like me.
✓ You want to reduce your hours, not quit cold turkey, but you need a real financial runway first.
Your years of clinical training didn’t just make you a great provider. They made you a walking library of specialized knowledge that other nurses, patients, and healthcare professionals will pay to access.
The problem isn’t that you don’t have something to sell. The problem is that nobody ever showed you how to package it, price it, and let AI do the heavy lifting so you can build it on your days off.
You don't need a business background. You don't need tech skills. You don't need to quit your job or have a single follower online.
You just need to know which tools to open first and what to actually do with them on a two-day-off kind of schedule.
This free kit gives you the five AI tools I actually use to build digital products and content, broken down simply so you can start this week. No overwhelm. No rabbit holes. Just five tools, five use cases, and a clear first move.
Inside you'll find:
This is where the exit actually starts, not with a leap, but with a Tuesday afternoon and the right tool open on your laptop.
If you are a burned-out nurse, NP, PA, PMHNP, or clinician who has been wondering how to make money outside of the traditional clinical system, this free checklist will help you start seeing your experience differently.
This checklist gives you 25 simple digital product ideas you can create from skills many nurses and clinicians already use every day: teaching, organizing, explaining, planning, simplifying, and helping others solve problems.
Inside you will find:
Turn what you already know as a nurse or clinician into simple digital product ideas.
You don't have to have it all figured out to join the waitlist. You just have to be done with figuring it out alone.
Soon! I am anticipating Fall 2026, but I won't give a date until I'm certain the community is ready to deliver on everything described here. Join the waitlist, and you'll be the first to know.
The community has not opened yet.
The $27 monthly price is the planned founding-member rate. Final enrollment details will be provided to people on the waitlist before the community opens.
The Community will be hosted on Skool, a clean, focused platform built specifically for online communities and courses, with no social media noise or algorithm to fight.
No. This community is built for beginners. If you can send an email and open a browser, you have everything you need to get started.
The community is being created for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, educators, practice owners, and other healthcare professionals who want to become more confident using AI.
Once the community is live, monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.
No.
Some members may want to create digital products or additional income, but that is only one possible application.
You may also use what you learn for education, content creation, presentations, professional development, productivity, practice resources, or career exploration.
Yes, digital-resource creation will be one area covered inside the community.
Members may receive access to resources such as the Clinical Asset Finder and the 30-Day First Sale System, along with supporting lessons and walkthroughs.
However, the community is broader than digital products.
Its primary purpose is to help clinicians become confident using AI.
The initial membership will not include continuing-education credits unless a specific training is clearly identified as an approved CEU activity.
A future WellMind Academy is planned to include more structured professional education, CEUs, certificates, and additional accreditation-based learning opportunities after the appropriate approvals are completed.
It is an ongoing membership.
You will have access to self-paced lessons, a growing resource library, community support, and ongoing training rather than a course with a single start and end date.
When appropriate, workshop and training replays will be added to the member library so members can learn on their own schedule.
Specific event and replay details will be provided inside the community.
The community is not designed to tell clinicians to quit their jobs.
It is designed to help you learn AI, use your knowledge in new ways, and create more options.
Those options may support your current career, help you explore new opportunities, or eventually contribute to a transition you choose for yourself.
