AI Strategy Services Policy – Integrative Health AI Hub ( WellMind Technology)

Applies To: All strategy sessions and Assessments are provided by Integrative Health AI Hub and WellMind Technology

1. Scope of Services

AI consulting services provided are educational, strategic, and workflow-based. These sessions do not constitute clinical supervision, mental health counseling, or legal/financial advice.

Services include but are not limited to:

• AI tool education and tutorials
• Workflow and documentation strategy
• Custom prompt creation
• Tech system setup and integration (no-code only)
• Ethical use guidance (HIPAA-conscious)
• AI agent support and content system builds

Clients are responsible for verifying AI tool compatibility with their professional, legal, and compliance standards.

2. Client Eligibility

This service is designed for licensed and credentialed mental health professionals, coaches, or providers in good standing. By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are using AI for professional purposes
• You are not seeking clinical or emergency support
• You agree to maintain client confidentiality when sharing sample content

3. Session Scheduling & Cancellation

• All sessions are scheduled via [Calendly / Payhip / Platform].
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
• If technical issues arise on the consultant’s end, your session will be rescheduled at no cost.

4. Follow-Up & Deliverables

Depending on your package:

• Session notes, prompt kits, templates, or system links will be delivered via email or shared folder within 2–3 business days.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients receive ongoing email or Slack(or similar) support for 30 days post-final session.
• Additional support outside of that window may be subject to an additional hourly or package rate.

5. Data Privacy & AI Tool Use

• No personal health information (PHI) should be entered into AI tools without explicit compliance review.
• Clients agree to use AI ethically and responsibly, in accordance with their licensing board and local laws.
• Mental Health AI Hub provides HIPAA-conscious recommendations, but ultimate responsibility for client data compliance rests with the user.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All Retainer fees must be made in full before the first session.
• Due to the nature of digital consulting and deliverables, all retainer fees are final and non-refundable.
• If a client chooses not to use the full package, no partial refunds are issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, prompts, documents, and resources shared during or after the session are the intellectual property of The Taylor’s Empire, Inc.

You are granted a license for personal professional use only. Redistribution, resale, or republishing is not permitted without written consent.

8. Client Agreement

By booking a session, you agree to:

• Engage in the consulting process in good faith
• Respect time boundaries and digital delivery timelines
• Accept full responsibility for how you apply AI in your practice
• Follow the policies outlined above
