I've been in healthcare for about 25 years. And somewhere in there between the patient loads, the documentation, the productivity numbers, and the slow erosion of why I became a provider in the first place, I burned out. Not the kind of tired that a long weekend fixes. The kind where you start to wonder if there's anything left of you outside of this job.
I didn't quit. I'm still practicing, still showing up for my patients. But I also started building something on the side because I refused to believe burnout was just the cost of doing this work.
I'm also an AI developer. While I was exhausted, I enrolled in courses ( MS-Data Analytics). I have always been a tech/design enthusiast and started using AI not just to make my own life easier, but to build things, digital products, tools, and content in the small pockets of time I had left. A three-day-off kind of pace, not a quit-your-job-overnight kind of leap.
That combination is why this hub exists. I've lived the burnout. I understand the moral injury of giving care you know isn't enough because the system won't let it be. And I also know, hands-on, what AI can do for someone in that position, as the thing that finally makes building a way out possible with no extra time, and even if you have no business background.
I believe you can't build anything sustainable from an empty cup. So, before we ever talk about strategy or systems, we talk about healing, your nervous system, your energy, your sense of self. That's not a detour from the work. For me, it is the work. Integrative healing and AI-powered building aren't two different things I do. They're the same path, walked in order: heal first, build second.
I believe your clinical expertise, everything you already know, everything you've already lived through with your patients, is worth more than the value we have been shown, and more useful outside the hospital walls than you've been given room to imagine.
And I believe AI is the great equalizer for healthcare providers specifically, because it solves the two things standing between you and your own way out: no time, and no idea where to start.
If you're still at the bedside, still clocking in, still wondering if you have anything left to give after a shift, I built this for you first. You don't need to quit tomorrow. You need a first small win that proves another version of your life is possible.
And if you've already started building something of your own, a practice, a coaching business, a brand, and you're realizing that freedom on paper doesn't always feel like freedom in practice, I built this for you, too. The systems and AI tools that buy back your time exist, and I want to show you how to use them.
Wherever you are, you don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to wait until you're completely burned out to start. Let's build it together one honest step at a time!
