Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Evening Primrose – supports hormonal balance and reduces mood swings
    1 tsp Red Raspberry Leaf – nourishes the reproductive system and balances estrogen levels
    1 tsp Lemon Balm – calms the nervous system and eases emotional tension
    ½ tsp Chamomile – promotes relaxation and soothes irritability
    ½ tsp Cinnamon – supports blood sugar balance and boosts circulation

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
    Add all the herbs into a teapot or infuser.
    Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover.
    Let steep for 10-12 minutes to extract the medicinal benefits.
    Strain and sip warm, 1-2 times a day, especially before or during hormonal fluctuations.
