Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Lemon Balm – calms the nervous system and uplifts mood

  • ½ tsp Lavender – reduces stress and tension
  • ½ tsp Ginger – gently energizes and enhances mood

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add all the herbs to a teapot or infuser.
  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover.
  4. Let steep for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Strain and sip slowly, allowing the calming effects to take hold.
