Savory Truffle Popcorn

  • 8 cups freshly popped popcorn
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (optional, for garnish

Directions

  1. Pop the popcorn using an air popper or stovetop method.
  2. Place it in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the melted butter and truffle oil over the popcorn, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle in the Parmesan, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  5. Toss well to distribute evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley for an extra touch of flavor.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy while diving into Finding Me!

Bold Blackberry Smash

  • ½ oz honey or simple syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon( Optional)
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda (to top)Fresh blackberries & mint sprig for garnish

Directions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the blackberries, lemon juice, honey (or simple syrup), and mint leaves until the berries are well crushed.
  2. Add bourbon and ice to the shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with club soda for a refreshing fizz.
  5. Garnish with extra blackberries and a sprig of mint.
  6. Sip and savor while diving into the pages of Finding Me.
